How Battles Work

Challenge Opponent

!battle @username [coins]

The coin amount is optional. If included, both players bet that amount.

Opponent Accepts

The challenged player has 2 minutes to accept with:

!acceptbattle

Or decline with:

!declinebattle

Battle Resolves

Combat power is calculated and winner is determined automatically.

Rewards Distributed

Winner: +150 XP + bet coins (if any)
Loser: No XP, loses bet coins (if any)

Combat Power Formula

Your pet's combat power is calculated as:

Power = (Level × 0.6) + (Happiness × 0.2) + (Species Advantage × 0.2)

Without Bet

Free to initiate
Winner gets +150 XP only
Loser gets nothing

With Bet

Both players must have 500 coins
Winner gets: +150 XP + 500 coins
Loser gets: Nothing, loses 500 coins

Betting Rules

Maximum bet	No limit
Must have balance	Both players

You cannot challenge someone who doesn't have enough coins for the bet!

Cooldowns

Cooldown	Duration
Between battles	1 hour
After declining	5 minutes

Battle Stats

Each battle is recorded in your stats:

Wins (W): Total victories
Losses (L): Total defeats
Draws (D): Rare ties
Win Rate: W / (W + L) percentage

Maximize Your Odds

Level up first - 60% of power comes from level
Keep happiness high - 20% power boost when happy
Choose targets wisely - Pick species you have advantage against

Species Selection

If you battle frequently, consider:

Check opponent's species before challenging
Switch species to counter popular choices
Shiba has general battle power bonus

Timing

Battle when your happiness is high
Challenge after feeding/playing
Avoid battles when exhausted

The pet ranking considers battle stats:
